Opportunity:
Physician - Hematology Oncology
Job Details:

• Locum-to-permanent opportunity with ongoing coverage in a Medical Oncology and Hematology setting
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential for 3-6 night call shifts per month (5:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• October start date
• 100% adult patient population
• 95% clinic-based and 5% hospital-based responsibilities
• 70% Oncology and 30% Hematology case mix
• EPIC EMR utilized for all documentation
• Average patient census of 22 patients per day with 2-3 new consults
• Credentialing timeline of 90-120 days following application submission
• Board Certification in Hematology or Medical Oncology required
• Hematology/Oncology Fellowship required
• Kentucky State License highly preferred
• COVID vaccination required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology experience required
• Intrathecal Chemotherapy experience required
• Intracavitary Chemotherapy experience highly preferred
• A Self-Query NPDB report required at time of presentation, pulled within 30 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
