- Pay Rate: $19,500 per month (equivalent to hourly benchmark)

- Provide expert Hematology and Oncology care for adult patients (100%)
- Manage outpatient clinic with an average of 22 patients/day
- Conduct 2-3 new patient consults daily
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using EPIC EMR system
- Support hospital inpatient consultations (5%) as needed
- Educate patients on treatment options and ongoing care plans
Required:
- Medical license in Kentucky
- Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferred
- Prior outpatient and inpatient experience in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
