Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant The Management Trust Position Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant Location: Irvine, CA Reporting To: Accounts Payable Manager Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time Salary: $20.00/Hourly Company Profile: The Management Trust is a community association management company. Employee Owner Position Purpose: The AP Assistant provides high-level support and service to the AP Specialists. This position is responsible for assisting in all areas of AP including, but not limited to: scanning a high volume of invoices, research, and special projects as assigned by the AP Manager. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform quality work within deadlines under limited supervision Interact professionally with the direct team and all levels of our organization Coordinate efforts with others and maintain effective communication Identify opportunities for process improvement Prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once, particularly during month and year-end Other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications: General Accounting knowledge Strong verbal and written communication Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced deadline environment while managing multiple-tasks Proficient MS Office skills (i.e. Excel), paired with comfort quickly mastering new software programs High degree of attention to detail and accuracy Ultimate professionalism, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills Essential Functions: Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc. Be stationary for periods of time Relocate up to (25) pounds Supervises Others?
