• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
• Pay Rate: $23.88 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary

This is a backfill contract role supporting SAP , SAP Ariba, and SAP Business Network - functioning more accurately as a Systems Support Analyst role rather than a traditional Financial Analyst position. The role is based onsite at the Orange, CT office initially; however, if the manager gains confidence in the worker, a hybrid or remote option may be considered. The team is looking for someone who can start the project immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to suppliers (invoices, payments, queries)
• Handle basic issue resolution (level 1-2) in SAP Business Network and invoicing
• Support MDG activities (vendor data creation/updates)
• Assist internal teams and suppliers during training sessions
• Track, document, and follow up on requests and issues
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
• Ensure timely responses and maintain service levels

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong communication skills (suppliers and internal teams)
• Ability to manage multiple requests and work
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
• Customer support experience
• Experience managing supplier invoices and assisting suppliers to log in to the SAP network
• Effective email handling skills - email is the main mode of communication with suppliers

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or experience of ARIBA would be a PLUS

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred; equivalent experience (Associate's degree or HS/GED) accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Onsite role at Orange, CT office initially; hybrid or remote may be considered based on manager confidence in the worker

Important Notes

• In-person interviews are preferred by the hiring manager; two team members at the Orange, CT office will join the interview on-site while the manager participates via video conference. If the candidate cannot attend in person, a video conference interview can be scheduled.
