With on-site work, our physical therapists engage directly with patients, allowing for meaningful interactions and immediate feedback on treatment progress.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and disabilities, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs.Utilize evidence-based practices to develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans based on patient progress and rehabilitation goals.Engage in collaborative consultations with fellow healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and optimize patient outcomes.Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, techniques for pain management, and strategies to enhance overall well-being.Participate in staff meetings to discuss patient cases, continuing education, and clinical best practices.Proactively contribute to departmental productivity goals while ensuring a high level of patient care and service.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Good Movement Physical Therapy, our primary focus is on patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including postoperative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain disorders. Our diverse patient population ranges from young athletes to seniors, each requiring evidence-based, personalized treatment modalities. Therapists engage directly with patients to foster an encouraging and supportive environment that promotes recovery and encourages independence.QualificationsDoctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.At least two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.Possession of a current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatments.Preferred ExperienceExperience working in a rehabilitation facility focused on orthopedic conditions is highly desirable.Familiarity with using electronic medical records (EMR) systems to maintain patient documentation and facilitate communication among interdisciplinary teams.Continuing education in specialties such as sports rehab, manual therapy techniques, or advanced therapeutic modalities is a plus.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your financial, health, and personal well-being.
