Cannabis Sales Manager

Job Description Job Description The Cannabis Sales Manager will lead a small sales team focused on business-to-business channels, driving revenue growth through strategic planning and strong client relationships. This role emphasizes expertise in flower, pre-rolls, edibles, and beverages within the cannabis industry and requires occasional travel to support sales efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies targeting B2B clients
Lead and mentor a small team of 1-5 sales professionals
Acquire and retain key clients in the cannabis sector
Manage accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and sales
Maintain in-depth product knowledge across flower, pre-rolls, edibles, and beverages
Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform decision-making
Travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in cannabis sales
