Advance Your Legal Career in Business & Probate Law Are you an experienced Legal Assistant with litigation experience looking to grow your career in Business, Real Estate, and Probate Law ? Seeking a Business & Probate Legal Assistant to join our team in Dover, NH . This role is ideal for a professional with 2–5 years of law firm experience and a strong litigation background who enjoys supporting attorneys through every stage of the legal process. What You'll Do Open and close client files while maintaining accurate electronic and paper records. Coordinate conflict checks and prepare engagement letters. Draft, edit, and organize legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Maintain case files and assist with discovery and litigation support. Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, and case timelines. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Provide administrative and legal support for Business, Real Estate, Probate, and Litigation matters. What We're Looking For 2–5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm. Litigation experience is REQUIRED. Experience supporting Business, Real Estate, or Probate Law is highly preferred. Knowledge of motions, discovery, court rules, deadlines, and legal procedures in New Hampshire. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with Filevine or LMS is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly
