Legal AssistantOur client is seeking a skilled and personable Legal Assistant to support their Business Law practice in Dover, NH. This role is ideal for a legal professional with 2–5 years of law firm experience who enjoys variety, client interaction, and working closely with attorneys in a collaborative environment.What You'll DoOpen and close client files; coordinate conflict checks and engagement lettersPrepare, organize, and maintain legal documents and case files (electronic and paper)Support attorneys with document preparation, correspondence, and pleadingsManage calendars, deadlines, and case timelinesCommunicate with clients and other legal professionals as neededAssist with general administrative and case-related tasksWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law firmWorking knowledge of New Hampshire court rules, deadlines, and proceduresStrong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelExperience with Filevine and LMS is a plus (not required)This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to meaningful work helping clients build and protect their businesses.
