We're partnering with a well-established, internationally recognized organization seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a high-volume invoicing operation and help drive financial accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Generate, review, and process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency. Verify pricing, billing details, payment terms, and supporting documentation. Reconcile invoices against sales orders and resolve discrepancies. Investigate and resolve billing issues while working closely with internal stakeholders. Ensure invoices are processed promptly by following up on approvals and required documentation. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Create, manage, and maintain Excel reports and automated spreadsheets. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance workflow efficiency. Support month-end and reporting activities as needed. Assist with document retention, scanning, and record management. Provide exceptional internal and external customer service regarding invoicing inquiries. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Invoicing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of billing processes and accounts receivable functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Experience working with ERP systems.
