You are a part of our family; Welcome Home!*****SUMMARY:**The Employee Relations Specialist focuses on maintaining positive relationships between employees and the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel.**Responsibilities:*** Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role* Exceptional written and verbal communication* Outstanding interpersonal skills* Maintain positive work relationships with all team members, supervisory and management personnel to insure effective cross-departmental communications and to present a strong team environment and united workplace.* Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of trainings as needed.* Maintain confidentiality of all personnel files, records, etc.## Qualifications**QUALIFICATIONS****Education/Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field preferred* Two years of Human Resources experience preferred* Must be able to obtain a Coeur d’Alene Tribal Gaming license* 18 years of age or older**Skills/Knowledge:*** Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.* Must work well in a team environment.* Must be adept at managing conflict and influencing outcomes.* Advanced problem-solving skills required.* Must be able to follow both general and detailed directions precisely.* Must have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to promote positive customer service.* Professional conduct including good attendance record and ability to maintain professionalism at all times.* Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality a must.**Physical Demands**: *The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
