Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and specific treatment needs.

• Craft personalized treatment plans that align with the unique goals and aspirations of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Deliver individual therapy to adult clients, implementing solution-focused approaches to effectively address various mental health challenges.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions using secure technology to provide accessible mental health support, while being adaptable to clients' preferred communication methods.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed to clients in distress, showcasing your responsiveness and clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients effectively.
\n
• Compassionate, empathetic, and possess a non-judgmental viewpoint when working with clients from various backgrounds.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle caseloads efficiently.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure board.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.

• Previous work in an outpatient setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with diverse client cases.
