Veterinary Office Manager – Full Time
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and professional Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our veterinary clinic’s front desk.
This is a leadership position for someone who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and can confidently manage staff, clients, and the daily challenges of a busy veterinary practice.
Responsibilities
- Train, support, and oversee front desk staff
- Create and manage the front desk schedule
- Review staff performance and provide feedback and direction
- Handle invoicing and monthly billing
- Schedule appointments and assist with phones/front desk coverage as needed
- Manage client questions, concerns, and difficult interactions professionally
- Help coordinate communication between front desk staff, technicians, and doctors
- Identify and resolve scheduling, workflow, and day-to-day operational issues

Our primary veterinary practice-management system is ezyVet , a cloud-based platform. Previous ezyVet experience is helpful but not required.
Previous management, supervisory, veterinary, medical, or client-service experience is preferred.
Schedule
Full-time , typically four 10-hour days per week , with some flexibility to negotiate the schedule for the right candidate.
