Tria Orthopedics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional orthopedic physical therapy treatments, implementing evidence-based techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and technicians, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and facilitating their professional growth.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions and recovery strategies to encourage active participation in the rehabilitation process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily focus on patients dealing with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, arthritis, and general musculoskeletal disorders. You will employ specialized techniques in orthopedic therapy to help patients regain mobility, strength, and function, thus fostering their independence and improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Active state licensure or certification in physical therapy is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is essential.
• Demonstrated competency in performing thorough evaluations, assessments, and developing treatment plans specific to orthopedic care.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a fast-paced outpatient environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with specific orthopedic rehabilitation protocols and modalities.
• CPR certification is highly recommended; adherence to Tria's policy is expected.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
