Role At Mindbloom, you will have a massive impact crafting the future of mental health and wellbeing alongside colleagues who are trailblazers and pioneers. As a fully-remote Collaborating Psychiatrist (MD/DO), you'll work with Mindbloom's psychiatric clinicians and our Medical Director to ensure that Clinicians flawlessly follow our proprietary ketamine therapy protocols and provide exceptional client care. • Serve as the collaborating/supervising physician for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs/Psych PAs • Execute the responsibilities of the collaborative practice/supervising physician agreements (e.g., periodic tele-meetings, case reviews, consulting on prescriptions) • Mentor and coach our psychiatric clinicians • Provide clinician performance feedback and (if needed) escalate issues to Mindbloom’s Medical Director Sound Like You? • Board certified psychiatrist in good standing • Highly collaborative • Personal/professional connection to altered states of consciousness • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote startup environment • Mission-Obsessed: You have a personal connection to our mission • Remote-able: You excel in a remote-first, writing-based culture of freedom and responsibility • Practices Intellectual Honesty: You seek and speak the truth directly and possess high courage and low ego • Makes Exceptional Decisions: You use rigor, data, and speed to make intentional decisions • Cultivates Wholeness: You bring your authentic self to work and promote the wellbeing of team and peers • Focus: You practice deep work, say no often, and do less, better Interview Process ✍ •Care Delivery Lead Interview •Medical Director Interview (if applicable) Benefits • Freedom: Remote work! • Quality Control: We do a robust internal quality review of the clinician - not you • Minimal Admin: You only need to review our summary on your own time • Low-Lift: Only 30mins/Clinician/Month - 1 meeting and that’s it • No On-Call: Our internal leaders support the Clinicians daily - you won’t get pinged for help • Insurance: Malpractice insurance covered The estimated pay for this role is $300/Clinician/Month USD. The final compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and on market data changes.
