Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet unique client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients work towards their treatment goals effectively.

• Facilitate interdisciplinary communication by documenting treatment plans and participating in regular team meetings, such as patient rounds, to collaboratively address client needs.

• Manage case coordination by collaborating with healthcare professionals and community services, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive care for assigned clients.

• Maintain ethical and timely documentation compliant with department standards, reflecting accurate therapeutic interventions and client progress.

• Monitor and adapt treatment approaches as required to align with evolving client circumstances and progress, ensuring a high standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling with a focus on outpatient therapy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices. Individuals familiar with telehealth platforms and the nuances of remote client engagement will have an advantage in effectively connecting with our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
