Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients of all ages, determining their mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize clinical skills to implement therapeutic interventions, including integrating evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to best meet client objectives.

• Participate in regular team meetings, documenting treatment plans and progress, and collaborating with fellow therapists and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

• Manage caseloads effectively while maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines and department protocols, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions.

• Foster strong relationships with clients through consistent and compassionate communication, guiding them on their journey to improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.) is required; advanced clinical training is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
