Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapeutic services to clients using telehealth modalities.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using varied approaches, including but not limited to individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy.

• Maintain clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and reflects treatment progress.

• Utilize our intuitive scheduling and records management system to efficiently coordinate sessions and client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will primarily serve a diverse client population, each with unique challenges and backgrounds. You will address a range of concerns, including trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Your ability to connect and empathize with clients will be crucial in empowering them on their paths to mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in delivering therapy, ideally in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
