What You’ll Be Doing Supervising and coordinating operations to ensure seamless service. Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Maintaining the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation. Managing guest relations, addressing any issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Assisting with staff training and development to uphold Carl’s Jr. brand standards. Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals. Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast‑paced environment. A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team. A passion for hospitality and delivering top‑notch service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail. Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
