Maintenance Director

Responsibilities:Oversees Community safety program and maintains a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulationsSustains a preventative maintenance program to maintain proper functioning of all Community equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsHires, trains, schedules, and leads the maintenance team in providing exceptional servicesMechanically repair, replace, and/or install minor equipment, hardware, and controlsMaintain water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners, kitchen equipment and associated equipmentMaintain community plumbing systemsCompletes all maintenance requests, both scheduled and emergency, quickly and efficientlyConducts inventory on chemical supplies and complies with proper storage and usage proceduresImplements safety protocols and procedures to avert incidents and ensure compliance with OSHA requirementsPerforms exterior maintenance duties as necessaryDelivers fire and disaster education and performs preparation and drill activities with residents and team membersEngages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interactionQualifications:High school graduate or GED equivalent requiredValid driver’s licenseExperience in HVAC systems and/or electrical requiredPrior senior living experience desiredDemonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsMust possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspireBenefits:Advancement and professional growth opportunitiesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefit packagesEAP & wellness programs401(k) with biweekly employer match*Outside-In Employee Referral ProgramIntentional work-life balance supported with competitive Paid Time Off*Self-service payroll & accuracy tools (Paycom)Benefits and eligibility may vary based on employment status (full-time/part-time) #J-18808-Ljbffr Gardant-Management-Solution
