Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) at Focused Mind Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to gain insights into clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring thorough documentation of findings.

• Formulating individualized service plans that set clear goals, define interventions, and establish methods for progress monitoring.

• Delivering effective counseling and support to individuals and families confronting various life challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.

• Partnering with clients to identify their needs and connect them with appropriate community resources, navigating local services to enhance support systems.

• Providing crisis intervention and safety planning, particularly for clients facing urgent challenges, ensuring their immediate needs are addressed.

• Collaborating with community organizations and agencies to coordinate services and advocate for clients’ best interests, providing a network of support.

• Engaging in proactive community outreach to promote awareness of agency services and build relationships with local stakeholders.

• Participating in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to stay current with best practices in social work and contribute to team goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily revolve around serving a diverse population of clients who are navigating complex social issues. To be successful in this role, candidates are required to possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
