We're seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our highly respected private nephrology practice in beautiful Las Cruces, New Mexico. You'll work alongside an experienced physician and an exceptional clinical team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with kidney-related conditions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families regarding kidney health and disease prevention
- Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or eligible for New Mexico licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Interest in Nephrology is welcomed
- New Graduates are encouraged to apply!
