Manager — ALL Accor Brand Content Marketing

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Within the Loyalty ENA team, the Manager ALL Accor Brand Content Marketing is responsible for the operational execution of the brand content and social media strategy. Working across the full consumer funnel — from brand awareness through to member retention — this role leads the definition of loyalty offers, manages their integration into the campaign calendar with coordination with the ICP teams, oversees newsletter content with the CRM teams. Social media and CRM are the primary channels through which these campaigns come to life, with asset creation managed in close collaboration with Publicis.

MAIN COMPLEXITY / CRITICAL ISSUES IN THE JOB

• Defining loyalty offers in collaboration with the ICP team and ensuring their accurate integration into the campaign calendar
• Coordinating across CRM and social media to ensure brand content is consistently deployed and on-brand across all funnel stages
• Managing the day-to-day relationship with Publicis for asset creation, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and on-time delivery
• Liaising with Global and regional teams to ensure consistency across the ALL Accor brand and share key learnings across markets.

TASKS / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Loyalty Offer Definition & ICP Coordination

• Implement ALL Accor ENA loyalty campaign offers in collaboration with the ICP team, ensuring offers are commercially relevant and aligned with loyalty objectives across the funnel — from acquisition and activation to retention
• Integrate validated offers into the campaign calendar, coordinating timing and priorities across teams
• Act as the operational point of contact with the ICP team, tracking deliverables and ensuring campaigns go live on schedule

Newsletter Content & CRM Collaboration

• Define and coordinate the content of ALL Accor loyalty newsletters with the CRM team, ensuring messaging is on-brand, audience-relevant, and aligned with the campaign calendar
• Brief the CRM team on assets, copy, and creative direction for each send
• Ensure consistency of brand expression across all CRM communications
• Implement targeted offers aligned with the ICP calendar and key commercial activations

Content Creation & Publicis Management

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with Publicis for the creation and adaptation of brand content assets across all channels
• Brief the agency on campaigns, seasonal moments, and loyalty priorities; review and validate deliverables against brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Ensure regional adaptation of global master assets, maintaining brand consistency across ENA markets
• Coordinate asset delivery timelines to ensure content is available on schedule across CRM, social media, and other touchpoints

Performance Tracking

• Track and analyse campaign performance across CRM and social media channels, preparing regular reporting for the Senior Manager
• Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve content effectiveness

Strong operational and organisational skills, with a rigorous approach to campaign and content management Good understanding of loyalty mechanics and the ability to define commercially relevant offers Comfortable briefing creative agencies such as Publicis and providing clear, constructive feedback Analytical mindset, comfortable tracking performance across CRM and social media channels Collaborative and proactive, able to coordinate effectively across multiple internal teams

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Experience in brand content, CRM marketing, or integrated digital marketing
• Experience working with creative agencies, including day-to-day management of content production with partners such as Publicis
• Good understanding of CRM campaign management and newsletter production processes
• Experience working with loyalty offers or campaign calendar management is a plus
• Strong written communication skills in both French and English

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Professional experience: 3–5 years in brand content, CRM, or integrated digital marketing
• Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• International exposure: Multi-country experience is a plus
• Languages: French and English mandatory
