About the Role:
Be the friendly face that welcomes patients and supports our dedicated dental team in providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
• Assist with insurance benefits verification. 
• Collect and post patient payments and co-pays.
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work flexible hours
