Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests, enhancing their overall dining experience.
- Food Preparation: Assist in food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and appearance.
- Kitchen Operations: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Restaurant Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and assist with any additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Schedule
