Registered Nurse (RN) – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for both PCU and Medical/Surgical unit patients within a combined stepdown environment
• Manage a patient assignment of up to 1:4 ratio for PCU-level patients or up to 1:5 ratio for Medical/Surgical-level patients
• Float to Telemetry and Medical/Surgical units as needed to support staffing requirements
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Nebraska or a compact state
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in PCU, IMC, Stepdown, or Medical/Surgical nursing
• Ability to float to Telemetry and Medical/Surgical units

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience caring for both PCU-level and Medical/Surgical-level patients in a combined unit setting
• Telemetry monitoring experience
• ACLS certification
