Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, identifying emotional, mental, and social factors impacting their quality of life.

• Collaborate with seniors and their families to create individualized care plans designed to meet their unique goals and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
