Our client, a prominent Hotel owner, has retained our services to identify an Corporate Assistant Controller for their Hotel portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • ReportstotheController-thisroleisthefirstlineofreviewforAccountingFunctions
  • OverseeGeneralLedgerAccounting,AccountsPayable,AccountsReceivableandPayrollfunctions
  • Abilitytoimplementandenforcepoliciesandprocedurestodrivechangeandstreamlinecurrentprocessesandsystems
  • Responsibleformonthlyfinancialclosings
  • Performingspecialprojectsandanalysisasrequested
  • Assistingwithperiodicaudits,includingauditrequests,bybothexternalfinancialauditorsandcity/statetaxauditors

Requirements:

  • 6+yearsHotelindustryexperience
  • Stronginterpersonalskills,workingwithinacollaborativeenvironment
  • Abilitytosuperviseandmotivatestaff
  • BA/BSinAccountingorrelatedfield-CPAaplus
