LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Human Resources Associate for a long-term temporary assignment. This position is 100% onsite in Tulsa. This role partners closely with HR leadership and business partners to support HR operations, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and HR systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR operations, policies, procedures, and employee resources Assist with benefits enrollment and answer employee questions regarding benefits Process and maintain HR data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Generate HR reports and assist with compliance reporting requirements Support audits, Workers' Compensation tracking, and regulatory compliance activities Maintain records, permits, licenses, and certifications across multiple locations Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on HR and compliance initiatives Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other HR-related duties as assigned Qualifications

2+ years of Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar role Hands-on experience with Workday is a plus Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Position Details
