M&A Corporate Legal Assistant Transaction Closings
Burnett Staffing Specialists
A growing Dallas law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Legal Assistant to join its corporate practice group. This role will primarily support attorneys handling M&A and complex corporate transactions, with additional support provided to the corporate finance team as needed.
Responsibilities include preparing closing documents, organizing file and transaction status, coordinating signatures via DocuSign, and managing calendars and deadlines across multiple deals.
