Descriptif du rôle
Au sein de l'équipe Promotion des Ventes et Services à Valeur Ajoutée, l'alternant contribue au déploiement et au suivi des dispositifs commerciaux, des offres de services et des actions de fidélisation. Il/elle accompagne les équipes dans le pilotage opérationnel des activités, l'analyse des données et l'amélioration continue des processus.
Missions
Assurer le suivi opérationnel des demandes confiées aux prestataires externes (NEOVEE, APEM).
Participer à la transition et à l'arrêt progressif des dispositifs VI RENOV, notamment via les communications clients.
Contribuer à la création et à l'optimisation de contenus dans le cadre des activités SEO.
Suivre l'onboarding des clients et partenaires sur les offres de financement.
Participer à l'élaboration de business cases liés aux solutions de financement.
Organiser les invitations et le suivi des webinaires Expert Systèmes en coordination avec les parties prenantes.
Mettre à jour les données dans Salesforce et soutenir les actions de relance auprès de la force de vente.
Extraire, analyser et consolider les données nécessaires au suivi de la performance des opérations commerciales.
Profil recherché
Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de rigueur et de gestion des priorités.
Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs sujets opérationnels.
Aisance avec les outils bureautiques, CRM (Salesforce idéalement) et outils de reporting.
Bon niveau d'analyse et de traitement des données.
Qualités rédactionnelles et capacité à produire des supports clairs et structurés.
Bon relationnel et aptitude à coordonner différents interlocuteurs internes et externes.
Esprit d'initiative, proactivité et goût pour l'amélioration continue.
