Position Summary

Laser Photonics Corporation is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to oversee and lead the company’s sales force while driving revenue growth across industrial, commercial, defense, and government sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience managing sales teams, developing strategic sales initiatives, and mentoring representatives in a fast-paced technical sales environment.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day sales operations, hold the team accountable to performance goals, develop new business opportunities, and support long-term customer relationships. Experience selling capital equipment, industrial machinery, or technical solutions is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee the company’s sales force and daily sales activities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue objectives
• Monitor team performance, pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales metrics
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives
• Establish sales goals and ensure accountability across the team
• Assist sales representatives with key accounts, presentations, negotiations, and closing opportunities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial, defense, aerospace, automotive, medical, manufacturing, and government sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and executive leadership teams to support company initiatives
• Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as needed
• Maintain CRM accuracy, reporting, and forecasting processes
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to drive business growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of sales leadership or sales management experience
• Experience managing and developing successful sales teams
• Strong background in capital equipment, industrial equipment, manufacturing technology, or technical product sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• CRM experience preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Experience with industrial laser systems or advanced manufacturing technologies
• Existing relationships within defense, aerospace, industrial, or government sectors
