Full-Time Bodyshop Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable individual who enjoys working with customers and can provide excellent front-office support in a busy autobody repair environment.

Position Responsibilities

As a Bodyshop Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greeting customers as they arrive and providing a welcoming experience.
• Collecting initial customer and vehicle information for repair estimates.
• Assisting customers with the initial check-in process and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
• Providing general administrative and front-office support.
• Communicating professionally with customers, insurance representatives, and team members.
• Maintaining an organized and professional reception area.
• Performing other related duties as needed to support the body shop team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be professional, friendly, organized, and dependable.
• Be comfortable answering multiple phone calls and assisting customers in a busy environment.
• Have basic computer and administrative skills.
• Previous experience in an autobody/collision repair shop is strongly preferred.
• Experience handling Auto Insurance Claims, communicating with different insurance companies.
• Be able to learn and understand the basic information needed to begin the estimate and repair process.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting wage for this position is $22.00 per hour , with the opportunity for growth based on experience and performance.

Medical insurance is offered to eligible full-time employees, subject to the company's applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
