Lease Administrator (Yardi) - CRE Operations & Reporting

Daley And Associates, LLC.

A Needham, MA-based commercial real estate firm is seeking a detail-driven Lease Administrator who will own lease information and become the go-to expert on leases. In this role you will abstract leases in Yardi, track rent commencements, options, renewals, and expirations; monitor compliance; and support rent collection, CAM reconciliations, and due diligence for refinancings and acquisitions. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in lease administration, hands-on Yardi experience, and strong Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC.
