Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will involve a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining a caseload of approximately 25-30 clients weekly, providing ongoing therapy sessions both in-person and via telehealth platforms.

• Documenting all relevant details, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress updates, in compliance with company protocols.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care, including coordination with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals as necessary.

• Utilizing creative and evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their therapeutic goals.

• Providing exceptional customer service by being responsive to client needs and feedback while fostering a safe and accepting therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, families, and groups from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer:
