About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance to lead its financial strategy, planning, and performance management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role requires a strategic partner who can provide financial guidance to the executive team, monitor performance against business objectives, and support long-term operational and strategic goals. The Vice President will also be tasked with managing relationships with key financial stakeholders, safeguarding the organization's assets, and developing scalable financial policies and systems to support growth. Applicants for the Vice President, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or professional designation such as CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA strongly preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience at the Director level or higher in a medium-to-large organization is required, with a proven track record in leading financial strategy and operations. The role demands a deep understanding of accounting principles, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance, as well as strong leadership and people management skills. Experience in complex, fast-paced environments, and managing relationships with external stakeholders is essential. While not mandatory, experience in healthcare, pharmacy, and technology is preferred.
