Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and encouraging space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs, goals, and preferences, regularly assessing and adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Teach clients effective coping strategies and essential life skills to help them manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Document and maintain accurate client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards, using electronic health record systems to ensure streamlined processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
