Rewards Club Supervisor

Job Details: Job Location: Jackpot Junction - Morton, MN 56270, Position Type: Full-Time, Salary Range: $19.50 - $40.83 Hourly, Job Shift: Afternoon/Evening (+Weekends) ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Support Rewards Club Manager in all aspects of Rewards Club operations. Provide superior customer service, and assure the same level of service from staff. Assist Casino Host Supervisor with execution of all promotions and group tracking. Supervise enrollment of club members and provided services. Assist with analyzing and implementing promotional programs. Account for accurate accumulation of member points and redemption. Assist with management of Rewards Club inventory of supplies and premiums. Make recommendations for effective player and group tracking. Make recommendations for upgrading programs to improve efficacy. Support all department and company policies and procedures. Assist with supervision of Rewards Club staff, including training, work direction, safety, communication and performance evaluation. Audit data input and marketing detectors, and assist with mailings. Attend department meetings as required. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Experience in a supervisory position, preferably in casino player development. High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent public relations and customer service skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Strong computer and telephone skills. Able to maintain strict confidentiality of classified information. Able to communicate with guests and staff in a tactful, diplomatic manner. Able to speak to groups of varying sizes, including acting as Master of Ceremonies for events, parties and tournaments. Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Self-motivated and independent. Neat, professional appearance. UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures. Regular attendance and punctuality. Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required. Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
