Provider Billing Specialist

Compensation: $20 - 25 /hour, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Hospital Billing Specialist to join their team! Join a dynamic healthcare environment where your billing expertise will be vital. As a Hospital Billing Specialist, you'll ensure patient claims are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Review and correct claims within 48 hours of import Generate paper claims by 5 PM each weekday Sort and process claims for mail or fax submission Manage rebill requests within 72 hours Document actions taken on claims Assist with audits and billing projects Ensure compliance with billing rules Complete reconciliation of claims submission daily Required Qualifications & Experience: High school diploma; prefer some college 1 year experience in Health Care billing Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word 40 WPM typing speed required Strong oral and written communication skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: EPIC system experience preferred Any certification is a plus Proven organizational skills 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Hospital Billing Specialist opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
