What You’ll Do Present and demonstrate company products to prospective customers Build positive relationships with customers through professional, personalized service Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions Support sales and marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and community outreach Follow up with prospective and existing customers Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available purchase options Answer customer questions and confidently address concerns Work with team members to achieve individual and company sales goals Track customer interactions, sales activity, and performance results Participate in daily meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to management Stay informed about company products, promotions, and industry trends Represent Zeta Group Inc. professionally at appointments, events, and promotional activities Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after each sale What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude Confidence speaking with individuals and small groups Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to learn product information and explain it clearly Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to receive coaching and continuously improve Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, or business development is helpful but not required.
