Spearhead the pursuit and acquisition of high-profile education, industrial, and commercial projects, leveraging your strategic acumen and industry connections. Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, solidifying the company's reputation as a trusted and respected partner. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex projects. Demonstrated expertise in managing education, industrial, and commercial construction projects. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve extraordinary results. Entrepreneurial mindset, with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Job Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. All-in package $210k+.
