Leading a dedicated customer service team, the full-time Customer Service Manager will oversee operations for the PLANEPASS service, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries and resolution of escalated issues in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the PLANEPASS customer service team Establish priorities and workflows to achieve service goals and improve customer service procedures Resolve escalated customer concerns and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience managing a customer service team Experience in resolving escalated customer complaints and complex service issues Working knowledge of full-cycle accounts receivable, billing, and collections practices Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365 Bachelor's degree preferred
