Who We’re Looking For: 2-3+ years of previous Service Advisor experience, Lexus experience preferred Well-versed in using CDK Consistently high CSIand customer retention scores Courteous and professional communication skills Process driven, detail-oriented with strong accountability and a sense of urgency Solid automotive service knowledge (technician background is a plus) Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence Why Join Our Team? This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
