Catalina Bravo Farmers Insurance Agency in Montebello, CA is hiring a Sales Producer to join our growing office. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and driven individual looking to grow in the insurance industry while building strong relationships within the community. You will help clients protect what matters most by offering Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life Insurance solutions. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Requirements Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Must be coachable Preferred experience but required working in an Agency or brokerage environment. Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and strong ethical standards. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening, with strong interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish is a plus).
