Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk
(Potential to Transition to Full-Time)
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay Rate: 25.00 - 28.00
Work Days / On-site: Monday - Tuesday and Thursdays
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- Start time: 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM (flexible)
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Handle billing and invoicing
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with account reconciliation and basic reporting
- Support general office accounting functions as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong experience with QuickBooks
- Billing and invoicing background required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a small office environment
Work Environment:
- Business casual office
