Rather than carrying an individual sales quota, this position is responsible for the overall success of the branch. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a passion for coaching people, optimizing operations, and achieving measurable financial results.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily branch operations across sales, service, warehouse, inventory, staffing, safety, and administrative functions.
• Assume full responsibility for branch financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term business performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
• Develop, mentor, and coach a B2B sales team focused on sustainable growth and customer retention.
• Foster a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers while supporting business development efforts throughout the local market.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure projects and service commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across multiple functional areas.
• Establish clear performance expectations while providing ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Promote a culture centered on safety, operational excellence, teamwork, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience spanning business development and operations within industrial, manufacturing, or service-driven environments.
• Proven experience managing a P&L while leading multi-functional branch operations.
• Demonstrated success developing sales teams and building accountability-driven cultures.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a service, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent leadership experience will also be considered.
