A busy and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume litigation practice. The successful candidate will play a critical role in case management, trial preparation, and day-to-day litigation support.

Responsibilities

Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution

Prepare, file, and track pleadings, motions, correspondence, and court filings

Handle state and federal e-filing

Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related events

Manage discovery, document productions, and case files

Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and hearing materials

Maintain calendars and monitor litigation deadlines

Communicate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel

Assist attorneys with employment litigation, contract disputes, severance matters, and other civil litigation matters

Qualifications

3+ years of litigation paralegal experience

Experience with state and federal court filings

Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlines

Experience with employment litigation, commercial litigation, contract disputes, or related matters preferred

Personal injury experience is a plus

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment
