Strategic Ops Lead for Scale & Growth

Sieve, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Chief of Staff / Business Operations lead in San Francisco who will work directly with the executive team to translate strategy into operational reality. This role goes beyond scheduling; you will own ambiguous cross-functional problems, build new functions from scratch, and bring rigor as the company scales.
