Pay Rate: $29.00 $31.00/hr.

12-hour shifts: Both Day and Nights are available

Days: 6:45am 7:00pm Nights: 6:45pm 7:00am

2/2/3 Schedule example:

• Week 1: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
• Week 2: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Two 20-minute paid breaks

What's a typical day as Industrial Maintenance Technician? You'll be:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, automation, assembly equipment, and facility systems.
• Responding promptly to production equipment breakdowns to restore operation and minimize downtime.
• Supporting equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Completing scheduled preventive maintenance activities and maintaining accurate records within the maintenance system.
• Partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure reliable production.
• Providing technical guidance and hands-on support to less-experienced technicians.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 10 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Can independently diagnose complex equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Are experienced in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
• Understand industrial electrical systems, machine controls, and Lockout/Tagout safety practices.
• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Preferred: Experience with plastic injection molding equipment (such as Engel, Arburg, Milacron), robotics, automation, Allen-Bradley PLCs, and CMMS/work-order systems.
• Preferred: Technical degree, apprenticeship, journeyman certification, or equivalent industrial maintenance training.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
