Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and risk assessments to identify patient needs and potential treatment pathways.

• Utilize a person-centered approach to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique circumstances and goals.

• Deliver trauma-informed therapy incorporating a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, to effectively address mental health challenges.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization services for patients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other medical staff to deliver comprehensive and integrated care for patients.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to promote awareness and empowerment.

• Assist in crafting discharge and aftercare plans to support patients in their ongoing recovery journey.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, including HIPAA regulations, to ensure the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Arizona is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
