Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Requirements:

• NY RN license in hand
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience
• Prior travel experience
• Nursery/newborn care skills
• References required
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification (within past 2 years)
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• Nursys verification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients during labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal well-being.
• Assist in the delivery process and provide immediate care to newborns.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding childbirth and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Candidates with a permanent address within a specified local radius are not accepted.
• Must submit SSN/DOB and references.
• Certifications must be current and submitted prior to start.
• Additional pre-start compliance modules and documentation required.
